PREAMBLE

The No Compromise General Public License (“NC GPL”) exists to ensure that creative works dedicated to worship, ministry, education, community benefit, and the public good remain permanently free to use, adapt, and distribute. Works released under this license cannot be restricted, privatized, or enclosed by future rights-holders. This license provides a perpetual safeguard—a “prison of freedom”—ensuring that all copies, adaptations, translations, and derivative forms remain free for generations.

The NC GPL may be used for music, lyrics, audio, video, text, art, digital media, and all expressive or creative works.

The freedoms granted by this license are irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, and intended to bless and empower the global community.
